Agreement Overview

These Terms of Use and Conditions of Purchase (“Terms” or “Agreement”) form a binding contract between you (“User”) and Pawgic Ai Inc. (“Pawgic”). They apply when you:

  • Purchase or use Pawgic products (e.g., P1 Smart Collar)
  • Use any Pawgic services
  • Download or use the Pawgic mobile application

IMPORTANT:

These Terms include a mandatory arbitration clause and a class action waiver. By continuing to use any of our services, you accept all terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of Website, Products, and Services

  • Account registration via Pawgic App is required.
  • Pawgic may modify or restrict access without notice.

2. No Veterinary Medical Advice

  • The platform does not offer veterinary medical advice.
  • Using Pawgic’s information or services does not create a veterinary-client-patient relationship.
  • Consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns.

3. User Eligibility and Restrictions

3.1 Age Requirements

  • Must be 18+ or legal age of majority.
  • 13–17-year-olds must use under parental supervision.
  • No access for users under 13 without verified parental consent.

3.2 General Restrictions

  • No redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use.
  • Prohibited: violating IP rights, impersonation, injecting harmful code.

4. Licenses

  • Subject to EULA.
  • No license or ownership granted except as specified.
  • Copyrighted materials may not be copied or exploited.

5. User Account

  • Accurate registration information required.
  • Account confidentiality is your responsibility.
  • 3rd-party login supported with consent.

6. Fees and Payment

6.2 Taxes

  • You are responsible for applicable taxes.

6.3 Billing

  • Keep billing info updated.

6.4 Payments

  • Payments in USD only. Late payments may lead to service deactivation.

6.5 Payment Authorization

  • By submitting payment info, you authorize recurring charges.

6.6 Subscriptions

  • Auto-renews unless canceled.

6.7 In-App Purchases

  • Governed by Apple or Google’s policies.

6.8 Trials

  • May convert into paid subscriptions. Read terms carefully.

7. Refunds

  • Must be requested via Apple/Google.

  • Services limited to coverage area.
  • For pet tracking only.
  • Real-time location use requires permissions.
  • Connectivity and interruptions may occur.

9. User Submissions

  • Grants Pawgic license to use submissions.
  • Prohibited: unlawful or harmful content.
  • Pawgic reserves moderation rights.

10. Third-Party Products or Services

  • Usage subject to third-party terms.
  • Pawgic not liable for third-party services.

11. Third-Party Websites

  • External sites accessed at your own risk.

12. Referral Program

  • Subject to terms of specific RAF programs.
  • No spam or illegal activity allowed.

13. Pet Insight / Research Projects

  • Participation is voluntary and may be terminated by Pawgic.

21. Apple App Store Users

  • Acknowledge Apple is not a party to this Agreement.
  • Apple is not liable for app content.

22. Changes to Terms

  • Pawgic may revise terms with notice.
  • Continued use = acceptance.

23. Battery & Hardware Disclaimers

  • Malfunctions due to improper maintenance not covered.

24. No Guarantee of Pet Recovery

  • Product aids tracking but does not guarantee pet recovery.

25. Firmware/Software Updates

  • Updates may occur remotely without notice.

26. Right to Change or Discontinue Services

  • Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

29. Petverse Social Features

  • Allows posting pet profiles, images, locations.
  • Prohibited: harmful content, impersonation, commercial use.

30. AI Features & External AI Providers

  • AI Vet is informational only; no medical advice.
  • External APIs may process data.
  • No guaranteed accuracy.
  • Data may be used for model training.
